Delivery costs/order processing
For orders with a value of goods from CHF 350.00 net (excl. VAT and VOC duties), delivery is free domicile. For orders with a goods value of less than CHF 350.00, a processing fee of CHF 28.00 will be charged. Surcharges for express deliveries shall be borne by the customer.

Delivery dates
If Wetrok is unable to meet the agreed dates or deadlines, it shall inform the customer accordingly. The customer undertakes to grant Wetrok a reasonable grace period and expressly waives any damage caused by default.

On account, 30 days net, no discount. Unauthorised cash discount deductions will be charged subsequently. The default interest from the due date is 6 %.
From the 2nd reminder onwards, reminder charges of CHF 30.00 will be charged.

Return of incorrectly ordered goods will only be accepted with a delivery note/billing document. Returns must be registered within 10 days of the delivery note date by calling 0848 81 81 81, otherwise the delivery will be deemed accepted.
Subsequently, the reported return must be returned within 30 days of the delivery note date. Returns will no longer be accepted after this period has expired. This warranty applies exclusively to new/unused materials. Opened containers and torn packaging will not be taken back and will not be refunded. A lump sum of CHF 90.00 will be charged for collection by Wetrok. For incorrectly ordered goods, Wetrok reserves the right to pass on the real costs to the client.
