For removal of animal and vegetable fats / oils, starch
(carbohydrates), protein. Specially suitable for CIP facility (Cleaning
in Place). Slightly foaming. Extremely alkaline. Non perfumed.
Application: In ultrasonic units and automatic washers with spray
nozzles. For cleaning of washable, alkaline resistant surfaces /
objects (chromium steel, plastics, ceramic plates etc.). For the
foodstuffs industry (kitchens, restaurants, industry and production
plants). For the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. Note: Not
suitable for alkali sensitive surfaces (aluminium, enamel etc.). For
professional use only.
